Growing up, my family would spend the weekend running all over Florida for one kid's game, then quickly out again for another's, so I appreciate the importance of getting into the game(s) nearby. In addition to catching these local teams, you could also check out some of the annual sporting events that take place in the city, like Florida-Georgia football game. These games can bring in thousands of people to Jacksonville, so you can anticipate apartments near UNF being very crowded. These events can also be a difficult time to find parking, so I'd recommend checking out what your public transportation options are.

If you've already got your favorite team(s) picked out, and you just need a place to watch the game, you've got options for that too. I'd also suggest checking out Topgolf for your next game- there's something to be said for playing golf while watching another sport.
If you're looking for something else, check in with your roommate or neighbors. Some apartments near UNF offer roommate matching, so if you chose one of those, it's likely your roomie will enjoy finding a great spot to watch the game too.
