The University of North Florida is surrounded by many bodies of water. Campus is near beaches such as Neptune, Atlantic, Cocoa, Daytona beach. However, the city of Jacksonville provides many student friendly areas to accommodate to their University residents! UNF is just minutes aware from Neptune and Atlantic Beach. You won’t be surprised find a UNF apartment to call home in this beach area. However, many students do try to avoid this area because it tends to be a bit pricier than the inland student housing areas. Beach Bluff apartments is right off of Beach Boulevard. This is a great first apartment for many students in the area. This community is in a quiet, tucked away area and is relatively affordable. Palms at Beach Boulevard is also located on Beach Boulevard and may be a comparable candidate to Beach Bluff apartments.
