Living the highlife as an off-campus UNF student doesn't mean you have to pay outrageous rent prices. There are plenty of UNF apartments that have floor plans that are designed with the frugal student in mind. Each of the UNF apartments listed below are $500 or less per roommate, per month. Check out the apartment communities below if you would like to live close to campus but not pay astronomical prices.
Heritage at Deerwood has a great three-bedroom apartment that is $455 per roommate. This apartment, called Callaway, has two bathrooms, 1,523 square feet, a screened lanai, a porch, spacious living room and dining area, and much more. UNF students will also love the luxurious apartment features like: bay windows, upgraded countertops, a fireplace, alarm system, dishwasher, storage space, and walk-in closets. Heritage at Deerwood also has tons of great community features. If you have any free time after you're done with classes, try out the resort-style pool, hot tub, or 24-hour fitness center.
North Beach on Kernan also has a three-bedroom apartment that cost less than $500 per month. The floor plan is called Beach House. It has two bathrooms, huge bedrooms, a screened balcony, spacious kitchen and 1,500 square feet. UNF students' money will definitely go a long way at North Beach on Kernan. The community has a business center with computer lab, dog walk, movie theatre, community BBQ grills, coffee bar, outdoor kitchen, fitness center, resort-style pool, hot tub and tennis courts. The apartments are also nice. A few of the apartment highlights include: a yard, French doors, walk-in closets, upgraded countertops, a balcony or patio, many ceiling fans, washer and dryer, dishwasher, and wood floors.
Thornton Park has a great two different three-bedroom floor plans that both work out to be less than $500 per roommate. The first is called The Sunset. This apartment has almost 1,400 square feet, two bathrooms, a large living room and a balcony. The rent per roommate for The Sunset is about $455. The other option, called The Spring is a little less expensive at $430 per roommate. The Spring has everything The Sunset has, but with a little less square footage. UNF students will live in luxury at Thornton Park. Apartments here come with amazing features, such as: vaulted ceilings, upgraded countertops, walk-in closets, private bathrooms, alarms systems, washer and dryer, dishwasher and much more.
