What are some good apartments in the Arlington area of Jacksonville?

Located between Jacksonville's beaches and downtown, Arlington is a large area of Jacksonville that is mixed with suburban homes and apartments. This area is an ideal place to live if you work downtown but also wants to be close to the beaches for weekend fun. If you are searching for an apartment in Arlington, I would suggest checking out the following places: Atlantic Crossing, Huntington, and River City Landing. Each of these Jacksonville apartments is a solid choice if you hope to move into the Arlington area.

Atlantic Crossing is located in the Windy Hill neighborhood of Arlington. This is a southeast of downtown Jacksonville and just a quick drive down Beach Boulevard to Jacksonville Beach. This great location makes it a popular apartment community amongst young professionals and small families. Atlantic Crossing is one of Arlington's premier apartment communities for many reasons, but the main reason is the luxury. Atlantic Crossing has high-class apartments that come with a myriad of great features, such as: French doors, walk-in closets, a balcony or patio, private bathrooms, washer and dryer, dishwasher, and much more. If community features are your thing, Atlantic Crossing also has you covered there. This Arlington community has: a coffee bar, 24-hour fitness center, resort-style pool, dog walk, game room, computer lab, nature views, picnic area and community BBQ grills.

Huntington at Hidden Falls is another apartment complex in Arlington that you shouldn't ignore. Located in the historic Ft. Caroline area, this Jacksonville community has one or two-bedroom floor plans to choose from. Each option has two different layouts that vary in size, price and design. This is refreshing, considering some Jacksonville apartments only offer a single apartment layout. Huntington at Hidden Falls would be great for singles or couples hoping to move to Arlington. The apartments come with great features like: a fireplace, walk-in closets, upgraded countertops, vaulted ceilings, balcony or patio, storage space, dishwasher and private bathrooms.

Arlington apartment hunters should definitely stop by River City Landing.  River City Landing is aptly named because it is located on the east bank of the St. Johns River near downtown. This places it a lot farther west than the other Arlington apartments listed in this article. However, this wouldn't benefit anyone who works downtown, but doesn't want to live right in the heart of the city. With one, two or three-bedroom floor plans, River City Landing is well suited for the young professional or a small family. River City Landing is also very affordable. The two-bedroom layout goes for about $600 per month. This is one of the better values you will find in Arlington, and all of Jacksonville for that matter.
